Tuition:

Camp fees per week : $325 for PNA members,  $400 for Non-Members
Campers that register for the two consecutive weeks may remain at the camp for the Saturday between sessions and are charged a $25.00 fee.

To Enroll:

Please print and fill out the Application Form in addition to the Medical Form   Immunization Form  (and Authorization for Medications Form if camper is bringing medicines to camp).
Mail  forms along with a $25.00 registration fee. Make all checks payable to : Camp Stanica. This fee is credited towards tuition.

Enrollment deadline is June 21.  Registration fee received after June 21 is not refunded.
Late applications are subject to a $25 late fee per application.

For your privacy,  enclose  medical forms in a separate envelope, seal it, and mark the envelope c/o "Camp Nurse".

Please note: Completed physical examination forms signed by doctor must be on file before your child can become a camper.

ATTENTION : The State of Massachusetts has a new mandate. It states that all campers that cannot swim must wear a (USCG) U.S. Coast Guard Type I, II, or III Life Jacket whenever in the water. Parents must provide the fitted life jacket for the non-swimmer camper  and bring it to camp on  opening day.
